Caramelised Beetroot Tarte Tatin - Baked with Balsamic Vinegar & Fresh Thyme. Served with a Parsley & Apple Cider Vinegar Dressing.


This is designed for either 2 people as part of a main meal warmed in the oven, or divided into portiions for a picnic served cold.




Contains Gluten, Sulphites


Reheat: Place in pre heated oven at 180C / 160C  (fan) for 10 -12 mins. Serve drizzled with Parsley Sauce provided. NB The Parsley Sauce also makes a nice dressing for a few salad leaves and sliced Tomatoes alongside.
